Refund Policy

1. Returns of Physical Products.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your gaming peripheral must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Technical Services & Diagnostics

Diagnostic Fees:

Please note that fees charged for hardware diagnostics and assessments are non-refundable once the service has been performed.
Repair Labor:

Labor charges for completed repairs are non-refundable.
If a replaced hardware part is faulty, it will be covered under its respective manufacturer warranty.

3. Refunds Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (processed via Paystack).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. Shipping & Collection for Returns

You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item.
Local clients in Pretoria may drop off returns strictly by Appointment Only.
