We offer nationwide courier delivery across South Africa for all gaming hardware and peripherals.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

2.Local Collection (Pretoria)

Local clients in Pretoria may request to collect their orders or custom builds.
Strictly by Appointment Only: Carbon Code is a private workshop facility and does not support unscheduled walk-ins.
Please wait for a formal confirmation via email or WhatsApp before arriving at the workshop to ensure your build is complete and ready for handover.

3.Processing Times

Standard orders for in-stock peripherals are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Custom PC builds and specialized hardware repairs may require additional time; timelines will be communicated directly during the build process.

4.Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Carbon Code is not liable for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase.
