1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Carbon Code website and the purchase of any gaming hardware or services provided by us. By accessing this site, you agree to comply with these terms in full.

2. Workshop & Service Appointments

Carbon Code operates as a private technical workshop and does not offer walk-in retail services.
All hardware diagnostics, repairs, and product collections are strictly by Appointment Only.
Appointments must be confirmed via WhatsApp at 068 294 2972 before arriving at our Pretoria location.

3. Diagnostics & Hardware Repairs

For hardware repairs or diagnostics, we offer Drop-off by Appointment Only at our Pretoria workshop.
A diagnostic fee may apply to assess hardware issues; this fee is non-refundable once the assessment has been performed.
We are not responsible for data loss during repairs; clients are encouraged to back up all data before dropping off devices.

4. Payments and Shipping

All payments are processed securely through Paystacks.
We offer nationwide courier delivery for all products purchased through the online store.
Ownership of goods passes to the customer once full payment has been received and the item has been dispatched or collected.

5. Limitation of Liability

Carbon Code shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our gaming peripherals or technical services.

6.Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa
